Kelvin is an Instrumentation and Control Team Leader at AES Dominicana. An electrical engineer by education, he has over 25 years of experience in thermal plants and gas turbine generation.

He is a pioneer in the implementation of the drone flight program for the early detection of sargassum at sea and is professional drone pilot and facilitator of the SafeStart program Kelvin recently participated with a project team in the APEX competition, AES’ internal innovation program, and implemented a robotic boiler inspection that won its category.
